Shipping Policy — Ethereal Downloads
All products in our store are digital downloads — there is nothing physical to ship!
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your purchased files. Your downloads are available immediately upon payment confirmation for PayPal orders.
Please note: Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has cleared into our account. You will receive your download link by email as soon as this is confirmed.

Ethereal Downloads — Shipping Policy
Digital Products All digital products are available as instant downloads. Once payment is confirmed, a secure download link will be emailed to you. For PayPal orders, downloads are available immediately upon payment confirmation. For bank transfer payments, the download link is sent once payment has cleared.
Physical Products Some products in our store — including crystals, gemstones, and esoteric items — are physical goods fulfilled by our trusted suppliers, including via Shopify Collective and selected dropshipping partners. As such, fulfilment and dispatch are handled directly by the supplier.
- Delivery times vary by supplier and destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
- We ship physical products worldwide.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Tracking information will be provided where available from the supplier.
- If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thegiftwitchshop@email.com and we will liaise with the supplier on your behalf.
Please note: as physical products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, dispatch and delivery timescales are outside our direct control. We will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
